About Course

Welcome to the Fearless Women in Enterprise Portal!

This is a self-directed course that will allow you to explore vulnerability in leadership, how to fail fast and the role of self-awareness in leadership.

Title: Vulnerability in Leadership

Duration: 1 hour

Learning Outcomes: Participants will have explored what vulnerability means to them personal and what it means in leadership. A good understanding of the theoretical perspective of leadership should be formed as well as the common pitfalls that leadership succumb to when trying to exercise vulnerability in leadership. Individuals should be able to explain how to foster a culture of vulnerability in their own businesses and identify skills they can use to achieve this.

Personal Outcomes: New perspectives into leadership styles should be surfacing. You should feel inspired to use vulnerability to create strong connections and trust with others.

Title: Failing Fast

Duration: 1 hour

Learning Outcomes: Participants will have reconsidered the value in failure and be able to find new ways of thinking to achieve their goals. By the end of the session, learners will be able to change their perspective on failing but also be able to identify ideas that are worth ‘failing’ on (ideas that are worth experimenting). They will be able to explain the importance of failing fast and focusing on what they can control.

Personal Outcomes: This is a fun and exploratory workshop that should result in the understanding the important of failure within their business journey. Individuals should understand the importance of not taking themselves too seriously and why experiments (that might fail!) will help them to validate their ideas, learn faster and progress their own personal development.

Title: The Importance of Self-Awareness in Leadership

Duration: 1 hour

Learning Outcomes: At the end of this session, each learner will understand the critical role that self-awareness can play in their own business. They will be able to identify the four skills sets that make up courage and how they can use this in their enterprise. The cohort will recognise that darling leadership requires showing up for hard conversations and will include both giving and receiving feedback.

Personal Outcomes: You should feel more confident to assert yourself but also to show self-awareness and courage. You should feel they are ready to manage their own teams and business relationships in a way that works for them and others. You will have a sense of purpose and direction and understand how your own personal values can be reflected into your business.
