Diversifying Income Streams
Sustainable Income and Impact is designed to support existing organisations looking to introduce new services/products or are interested in learning how to diversify their income streams.
The programme is completely online and can be accessed flexibly around your availability and needs; you simply access what is relevant to you and ignore the rest.
The course content is split into four chapters:
- Inspiring Entrepreneurship
- Developing a New Income-Generating Idea
- Funding and Trialling your Idea
- Sustaining and Growing your Idea
Each chapter consists of a pre-recorded masterclass, podcasts, peer action learning sets and access to 1-2-1 coaching from Junction Point and our wider network of experts. Click here to learn more.

Social Action Project Funding
This project is aimed at Newcastle residents who have a social-action idea that could benefit their local area.
The highly flexible programme includes:
- Developing your idea
- Designing a pilot to test your activity
- Pitching your activity to access seed funding
- Delivering your activity and evaluating its impact
Participants will access 1-2-1 coaching, group training and online resources. This programme is open to new participants either individually or as a closed group connected to an existing organisation. Click here to learn more.
12-Hours Funded Consultancy
As BIPC Experts in Residence, we’re offering free 12-hours of consultancy to existing not-for-profits and purpose-led businesses.
Bespoke to You
The support will be completely tailored around you, your organisation, and what you’d like to achieve. You can choose which method of support you prefer – whether that’s through face-to-face, online, group, or 1:1 sessions.
