Junction Point love organisations with a social cause, that’s why we are supporting them through our upcoming ‘Keep Going Keep Growing’ project. We understand there is a lot to juggle when you’re trying to make a positive impact, that’s why our project will support you in using business techniques that help your organisation thrive and grow. If you are a not-for-profit organisation, charity, social enterprise or a socially focussed business on a mission to do good, then we want to hear from you!
‘Keep Going Keep Growing’ is a fully funded not-for-profit support package running from August – December 2021 in conjunction with our amazing partner RHWE. As part of the project, you will have access to 1-2-1 business advice and guidance as well as access to a series of valuable masterclasses covering the following topics:
- Diversifying your Income through Trade (31st August and 7th September)
- Develop your Strategic Marketing Plan (14th September and 12th October)
- DIY Strategic Review (19th October)
- Project Management tools, systems and programmes (2nd November and 9th November)
- Evaluation: Developing a theory of change (30th November and 7th December)
- Recruiting representative board members – Date TBC
- Brain training for high performance – (2nd, 16th, 30th September and 4th October)
